For your event to be considered for an Event Permit, all items on the list must be submitted along with this form:

  • Public Liability Insurance (sight of the original and a copy)

  • Full event plan as detailed in the terms and conditions

  • Risk Assessments

  • Charity confirmation letter (if applicable)
